Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience on maintaining, configuring and customizing the SABA LMS platform.
• Knowledge of learning and development processes and best practices.
• Understanding of software design principles and methodology.
• Experience in gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and translating them into effective LMS solutions.
• Familiarity with LMS administration, including user roles and permissions, course catalog management, learning paths, and certifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and techniques for LMS configurations.
• Experience with system maintenance, upgrades, and support processes.
• Familiarity with SCORM, AICC, or other e-learning standards is a plus.
